Train for Tryouts is the ultimate prep series for athletes looking to crush their upcoming club tryouts. This 7-week training program is designed to help players level up their skills, improve consistency, and build confidence—so they’re ready to stand out when it counts.
With each session focused on high-rep, high-intensity skill development and gameplay. Athletes will train in a competitive environment with experienced coaches who know exactly what tryout evaluators are looking for.
Session 1 will run Wednesdays from May 21 to July 2, 5:30–7:30 PM.
Session 2 will run Wednesdays from May 21 to July 2, 7:30–8:30 PM.
What to expect:
Focused training on all key volleyball skills: passing, setting, hitting, serving, defense, and blocking
Position-specific development and feedback
Game-play scenarios, competitive drills, and live play
Mental prep and what it takes to be a standout teammate and leader
Evaluations will be held on May 4, May 11, and July 2.
These evaluation days are a great opportunity for athletes to be seen in a tryout-style format and receive feedback from coaches as they progress prior to the actual tryout dates!
